Wedding at St Mary’s College Chapel {Moraga, CA}

What an amazing wedding this was, I absolutely love this family.  I was lucky to shoot the brides sisters wedding over 4 years ago & it was so nice to see them all again and capture some amazing emotion from them all.  They just have a raw deep love for one another, they are a very close family.  The calm energy was in the air and everything was going just perfect!  But no weddings are perfect I will tell you and this one, well we had a pretty big bump in the road.  So the Priest did not show up to the wedding ceremony which was at St Marys College Chapel.  This made everyone get a little stressed but they all handled it with such class and grace.  Lucky thing the college Priest was available to come perform the wedding ceremony for them & I have to say he was hilarious and it was just amazing.  So we were over an hour behind schedule and the sun was going to set but no one freaked out we just smiled and said no biggie.  And the day ended just amazing!  Beautiful couple, beautiful venue and beautiful people were there to celebrate Troy & Allison.   They are just so sweet together and everyone can see how this marriage will last a lifetime.   These two met back in the 8th grade.   She remembered meeting him and thinking wow he has a cute face but his clothes are well not the greatest.  Hahaha so they became friends for years before they started to date and that was a great thing because their relationship is based on a foundation of friendship.  Allison is a pediatric nurse and loves kids and she instantly realized that Troy is so good with kids and kids love him & this was reason #100 why she loves him.  Troy remembers making the first move from friendship to dating when they were together in San Fransisco.  He said they watched a Horrible George Clooney movie and then decided to go look a the city view at Twin Peaks, he said that it was then he grabbed her hand and kissed her on the forehead.  He loves her so much and treats her so good!  What a match made in heaven.

They had their Wedding Reception at The Bridges Golf Club and it was gorgeous!
