Eddie and Amy are such a special couple, and they had an amazing wedding day! I’ve known Amy for many years, going back to when she was in a youth group where I served when I was younger. So, when she told me she wanted me to be her photographer I was so honored and excited!
Just meeting Eddie, and seeing the way that Eddie and Amy interacted with each other, instantly showed me that they are a perfect match. Their mutual faith and focus on God is evident, and is the foundation of their relationship. They are also both so adventurous, fun, and up for just about anything! This is what made their day so special, as it was an adventure from start to finish.
Although they had planned for an outdoor wedding at the beautiful Kirkwood Mountain Resort, the weather had other plans. The ceremony and reception were moved inside the lodge due to weather, and the last minute changes didn’t phase the happy couple. Both the ceremony and reception ended up being beautiful, and there was even snow falling outside the window behind them as they recited their vows! Luckily, the weather cleared up long enough to get some amazing outdoor group photos at Capels Lake, which made for an amazing backdrop.
I wish Eddie and Amy nothing but the best as they continue this adventure together as husband and wife!
